Below I show some examples of my own parquet deformations that I consider to be (or are largely) 'aesthetic', from my archive. These number about 100 works, but possibly extending to about 200 (they are in various incarnations). These are mostly square-based, with occasionally equilateral triangles and hexagons (not shown). A common presentation, as a horizontal strip, and tempo is adopted, as I discuss on the page 'Tempo'.
All here are basic line drawings (echoing the William Huff approach), without colour in-filling, although I am not against such use of colour. Simply stated, colour can be implemented as an optional, 'extra' aspect, depending on taste.
The examples here are all line drawings, drawn using Rhino. In principle, all can be drawn traditionally, by hand.
